What is your return policy? 

We want you to love what you purchase from us, so we are happy to offer returns and exchanges! Our policy is as follows:

For returns with a regular receipt, we are glad to offer returns or exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase. It can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or returned to the original form of tender. The item being returned must be in original condition. 

For returns without a receipt, or with a gift receipt, we offer exchanges or store credit only. The item being returned must be in original condition. 

The Muse reserves the right to refuse returns under certain circumstances, including items damaged after purchase, items purchased a long time ago, or items purchased from other stores (yes that has happened before!). But, we will always do our best to find you something else you'll love!

Do you accept artist submissions?

Yes! We are always on the lookout for fresh talent! Click on our "Submissions" page for all the details.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We always do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible, and are generally able to ship your order within 2 business days. We generally ship via USPS priority mail so that you get your package quickly. If you need your order asap, feel free to leave us a note with your purchase or send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate!
